Devon offers a 401(k) plan with a quarterly enrollment. The employee is able to elect deferrals up to IRS annual contribution limits. (There is not employer matching.) 100% of employee contributions and earnings are vested immediately and all funds are valued daily. The employee is provided with a toll-free 800 number and pin number to access account balances, and transfer funds. Quarterly statements are mailed to the home and quarterly loans and hardship withdrawals are an option.
Devon provides its employees the option to have their group health and dental insurance premiums taken out of their pay with pre-tax dollars (both State and Federal, except New Jersey), thus reducing your cost by your total tax bracket.
Devon is grateful for all referrals. If you refer an IT or Clinical consultant who is new to our database, Devon will pay you $250 for every 90 consecutive days they are on contract with us up to $1,000. If you refer a consultant who is placed in a permanent position, you will receive $500 after 90 days. Devon has a strict policy of NOT recruiting from our clients.
Devon provides you with weekly paychecks, with the convenience of direct deposit into a bank account of your choice.
